Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over a specified threshold. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but typically range from 2–7 business days within Australia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Vivelle purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, dust bags and tags.
- Show no signs of wear on the soles or upper materials.
Can I exchange my shoes for another size?
Yes. If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
